You can have it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and never get bored of it.

There’s no end to the varieties you can try with it. Break an egg over it to make mutta dosa ; place mutton pieces from a curry on it to make kari dosa ; or simply sprinkle some gun powder to make podi dosa, Idli batter’s life is short.
