 Organic Whole Fennel Seeds

Organic Fennel Seeds have a delicate and subtle anise-like flavour, that’s suited to cooking savoury foods. The full flavour is released if you gently toast the whole seeds before using them.  It’s common to be offered fennel seeds after a meal in India to both freshen the breath and to aid digestion. Cooking with Fennel Seeds
