Ground Coriander

Organic ground coriander has a warm, citrussy flavour that’s light and subtle and which pairs well with many other flavours. Coriander and cumin are culinary partners and rarely is one used without the other. Coriander is the main ingredient in many spice blends like Indian ‘garam masala’, Ethiopian ‘berbere’, Moroccan ‘ras al-hanout’ and ‘chermoula’, and ‘baharat’ from the Gulf states. So, it’s a versatile spice to have in your pantry and to use with gay abandon! 


Cooking with Coriander
