How to Make Fenugreek Tea
Thought of as one of the healthiest seeds in the world, it is used for its many health benefits including heart health, increasing breast milk production, increasing testosterone levels and aiding with blood sugar levels.
1 tsp organic fenugreek seeds per cup
Boiling filtered water
Tea leaves and/or herbs (optional)
Crush the fenugreek seeds in a mortar and pestle or with the flat blade of a knife. Place the fenugreek seeds into your teapot (add other tea or herbs if desired) and pour in the boiling water. Allow to steep for at least 3 minutes then using a tea strainer pour into your cup. Sweeten with honey if desired.
If you haven't added tea or herbs you can add the soaked seeds to to your curry or salad.
