Toast your sesame seeds justs before use for best results



Raw Hulled Sesame Seeds 



Heat a small frying pan on medium heat. Once hot, pour in your seeds. Keep the pan moving constantly to ensure all-over browning. Toasting only takes a few minutes. If you leave them unattended, even just for a moment, you risk burning them. When you see the seeds changing colour, you’ll start to notice the gorgeous smell as well. 

Remove them from the hot pan immediately.

Pour them onto a plate or paper towel to cool before using.


Tip: Only toast the quantity you need as they go rancid very quickly
