Cardamom Cream. A Heavenly Dessert Topping

150 ml thickened cream
100 grams plain yoghurt
100 grams mascarpone
1 ½ tablespoons Rapadura Sugar or Maple syrup
½ teaspoon pure Vanilla essence
½ teaspoon Cardamom Powder



Place all the ingredients into a medium bowl and whisk together until soft peaks form.


Now, just don't eat it all before you have some fruit to go with it!
