Sesame Seed Ladoo

Sesame Seed Ladoo



1 cup roasted sesame seeds
1/8 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts or almonds or cashews, chopped
1/2 cup rapadura sugar or 1/2 cup chopped dates



Grind the sesame seeds and the rapadura and cardamom together to a fine texture. Add the nuts and mix together. Roll into balls.  

These you can roll in grated coconut, or more sesame seeds. Variations of this recipe are endless, so use whatever you have handy to create your own version.
