Sesame Coated Halloumi Fries

Fried Halloumi is delicious with a salad for lunch, a yummy vegetarian breakfast, or added to a healthy open sandwhich. Coating it with sesame seeds before cooking adds a delicious nuttly flavour.
1 x 250g pack of halloumi
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1-2 tbsps olive oil for cooking
Slice the halloumi, sprinkle with the seame seeds and press them firmly into the halloumi (this works best when the halloumi is at room temperature). Add the olive oil to a hot frying pan and add the halloumi. Cook for two minutes until golden brown then flip over and cook the other side. Keep a close eye on the seame seeds to ensure they don't burn.
Remove and add to your salad, breakfast or open sandwhich.
