Paleo Pizza Base

Want a paleo pizza recipe that actually stays together when you pick it up? This one’ll do the trick.
1 ½ cups arrowroot starch/ flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup coconut milk (canned)
1/4 cup melted ghee or butter
1 tbs. dried rosemary
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
Pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
In a bowl, mix the flours, salt and rosemary together. Set aside.
In another small bowl, whisk the eggs. Then add the coconut milk, apple cider vinegar and ghee, mix until combined.
Add the egg mixture to the bowl with the flours, stir thoroughly.
Spread the pizza mix evenly on to the prepared baking tray. It should be about 1/2 cm thick.
Place in the oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Remove, and add your toppings. Place back in to the oven for 10 minutes.
- You can make a plain base and use it for a party platter to dip into stuff.
- Serve with extra salt and oil if you like!
